Leopard Moray Eel
(gymnothorax undulatus)

Moray eels create a fascinating introduction to the saltwater aquarium.  It is essential that these larger eels are kept in an aquarium system that keeps them contained for they are excellent escape artists and will find even the smallest of holes to escape out of the aquarium.  The Moray eel uses long continuous dorsal and anal fins for locomotion.

 Carnivorous: Frozen Krill and other meaty frozen foods

Special Care:

 Provide hiding areas to produce greater comfort level for the eel.
